Snow does make a nice frame for a bird image as seen with this Yellow-rumped Warbler and the Bluebird below.
The sun and a little breeze knocked most of the light snow off the branches the day after the storm.

I know your snow isn’t normal, but you’re gathering some wonderful bird captures with snow in the scene for your archives. Snow & ice are always an added beauty in bird photography to me! 🙂
Thanks! I was happy to get those images and regretted we couldn’t get out to the good birding spots while the snow was fresh. Most of it melted today except in the shade. It’s too bad that the snow & ice come with COLD! Hope you are keeping warm.
