Most of the time the Roseate Spoonbills move in a group when they are feeding: all heads down, wade forward, turn left, turn right, concentrate on sifting the water.
Every once in awhile a little kerfuffle breaks out, for reasons only birds can know.
The bird getting goosed here did his best to keep the peace and stepped ahead.
And stepped ahead some more. A third Spoonbill kept about his own business, turning away as the interlopers closed in.
Finally some distance between them and they all settled down and back to feeding.
Too funny!
Great title!
(And some nice pics of some beautiful birds!)
