I found these White Iris on the edge of a pond that had been severely trimmed back of other vegetation last fall.
The Iris are thriving.
These second two look like different varieties than the first one, with smooth edges to the petals.

I’ve always preferred the purple Iris, but in this setting and light the white were a real standout.
