A very busy Yellow-throated Warbler was working the Spanish Moss.
He was having some pretty good success…
and took the time to squeeze his prey before attempting to swallow.

An oft told tale around the low country of SC is of Ford motor company recalling Model T cars that had seats stuffed with Spanish moss. Small bugs crawled out of the seats and bit drivers and passengers alike.
