My backyard moonflowers have been blooming for over a month with ten or twelve flowers opening every evening. It’s been an exceptional gift from one seed!
This flower was a rarity in the group, opening all the way around, with no drooping of the petals. At least in this moment.

Just delightful – so big and fresh, they seem unreal, dreamlike!
So glad that you like them, Sam, they have been fun. I bought seeds on a whim when I couldn’t find any old fashioned morning glories, which is what I really wanted. There were four seeds in the packet and I think all of the flowers Ted and I have photographed are on just one plant. And they’ve been blooming for at least eight weeks. Best $5 I have spent in a while!
