The rain drops are a lovely addition to these nice portraits, Ellen. We had a magnolia in the yard that unfortunately was damaged by a freak Halloween snow storm twelve years ago.
Thanks, Steve. That is sad, and I expect you miss it. We had a similar outcome with a magnolia when we lived in CT, it just snapped apart with the weight of ice.
