It is amazing how the wading birds seem to pay so little attention to the alligators–how do they know it isn’t lunch time?
Their heads did all snap around when a Bald Eagle flew over.
Those alligators sure look like fierce sentries. Amazing that the birds don’t get fussed. Great shots.
I surely wouldn’t get that close! I’ve wondered if the birds are aware of the feeding schedule, but why take a chance? Thanks!
