This blossom was easily the size of a dinner plate, just huge. I would have liked a step stool for a better look!

Thanks, it really has been an outstanding year for these blooms. Hans suggested I crop in on the bee shadow and I’ve just posted another version. Truthfully, I don’t think I saw the bee that day or I might have zoomed in more 😁 .
